Welcome to Titans Gym High Wycombe. By accessing our facility or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You must present your membership details upon entry. Titans Gym reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate membership for conduct that is deemed harmful to the gym environment or other members.
All members must complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) before using the facilities. You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition. Titans Gym High Wycombe is not liable for any injury sustained during training, except where such injury is caused by our negligence.
Please respect the equipment and other members. Weights must be returned to their racks after use. Appropriate gym attire and clean footwear are required at all times. Using the facility under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Membership cancellations must be made in writing with the required notice period as specified in your membership agreement. Monthly rolling memberships typically require 30 days' notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR.
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, date of birth, and health information when you join the gym or book classes. This information is used for administrative purposes and to ensure your safety during training.
Your data is used to manage your membership, process payments, and provide you with relevant updates about the gym. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or theft.
